Nothing, all great.

Spent Christmas at a tented resort by a stunning lake. the eco, friendly practices of this resort were impressive, and the food and drink prices were very reasonable. Enjoyed walking through the rice paddies to the neighbouring villages and kayaking on the lake at sunset. the tent, style accommodation was unique, with a comfortable bed and adequate breakfast offering. the fact that the resort is in a remote area and surrounded by nature gave us a feeling of peace and tranquility.

The boat shuttle service could have been better organised. We had to wait for over 45 minutes in a hot and unsheltered area for the boat to collect us from a nearby village.

We had an amazing stay in the resort. The hotel facilities were great, especially the unique tent-style accommodation, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the lake. The location close to nature was perfect for us, with lovely walks through rice paddies and kayaking for sunset. We found the staff to be hospitable and attentive to our needs. Cleanliness was also great, and the breakfast provided was adequate.

For us, it was ideal.

With comfortable accommodation options and healthy, reasonably priced food, it was a delight for all our senses. We enjoyed several outdoor activities and took long walks among the scenic gardens and lakes. Staff were welcoming and responsive, and we loved the enchanting night sounds from the surrounding wildlife. the Bungalow offered a relaxing living room and a garden view, perfect for a refreshing family vacation.

Some of the staff could improve their language skills and attitude towards guests.

Loved the beautiful view of the lake and the peace and quiet of the location. The staff were consistently friendly and provided good service. The rooms were nicely decorated and had modern touches.

The food was a disappointment. There was a limited selection of dishes and the taste was mediocre.
